Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG

This is a phenomenal car that not only presents style but also luxury and speed. The E-class is known for it's classy interior and good looks. Mercedes takes it a step higher and introduces a 5.5L V8 engine into the model. The pistons turn up 525 horsepower which can launch the driver from a dead stop to 60 miles per hour in only 4.5 seconds. Mercedes does limit the top speed to 155mph so the top speed is unknown. The E63 competes the BMW M5 which is also a sports sedan that can pump out some power. Of course there are AMG additions to the base model but is the car really worth the price? Starting at nearly $90,000 the 7-speed sedan can take you place to place while acquainting the driver.

Pagani Huayra

The Pagani Huayra is a masterpiece and could easily be described as a handmade land jet. The car is almost completely made out of carbon fiber making it extremely light and is sculpted to be very aerodynamic. The interior is very well made, making it look just as expensive as it costs. It has special flaps on different areas of the vehicle to help control down force . The coupe holds a raging 6.0L V12 T engine that is perfectly tuned. The engine produces around 730 horsepower that will boost the car from 0-60mph in only 3.3 seconds. It also has a top speed of 230mph making it one of the fastest production cars. Some say that the car looks too much like a bug or not as appealing as other super cars but it is far more unique then most. The car starts at a price around $1,400,000 which also makes it one of the most expensive cars.

Tesla Model S

Tesla's newest production is called the Model S. It is the first premium electric sedan which means it runs completely off of electricity, no gas needed at all. The car is beautifully sculpted, having a body style that looks like an Audi TT and a Maserati GranTurismo were fused together. It is a very spacious sedan holding five normal sized seats and two rear facing children seats. The vehicle also has a huge 17 inch display screen that can access anything from maps, media and distribution of power. It can hit 0-60mph in a shocking 5.6 seconds which is fairly good for an all electric automobile. The interior is definitely luxurious for its pricing which starts around $56,000. 

BMW Gran Coupe

BMW has just recently released a new model to the 6-Series line and it is spectacular. The new beamer named the BMW 6-Series Gran Coupe shows itself by being a four door coupe with a high-end interior and great exterior looks. This car is going to compete with the other four door coupes such as the Audi A7 and Mercedes-Benz CLS. For size, the Gran Coupe slides right between the 5-Series and 7-Series BMW's in length. They will be producing two performance trims of the car. The 640i holds a 3.0L I6 engine which puts out 320 horsepower and goes 0-60mph in 5.4 seconds. The higher performance model is the 650i and it hits 0-60mph in only 4.5 seconds with its 450 horsepower 4.4L V8 engine. Both are rear-wheel drive unless the buyer chooses the xDrive option which changes it to an all-wheel drive. The car has the aspect of having the three pleasures in a car; luxury, good styling and an engine that can kick it if it wants to. The 2013 Gran Coupe will start at $60,000 and will range up to mid $70k.

Aston Martin Rapide

The Rapide is a spectacular sedan produced by the British engineers at Aston Martin. The car is very stylish resembling other Aston models such as the DB9. It hosts a V12 engine that holds 470 horsepower. This four-door hits 0-60mph in 5.0 seconds and has a top speed of 183mph. The interior keeps it luxury with fine leather seating and aluminum trim. It competes with the Porsche Panamera and the Maserati Quattroporte. The hatchback has the perfect balance of performance, styling and comfort. The Rapide starts at a price of $197,850.

Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione

 Alfa Romeo is an Italian car manufacturer which produces for many people in Europe and around the world. The 8C Competizione is Alfa Romeo's super-car. The engine is a 4.2L V8, in which the car gets the name from (8C= 8 cylinder). It produces 450 horsepower which can bump itself 0-60mph in 4.6 seconds. The car has a top speed of 181mph. The body is crafted out of carbon fiber which makes it light and durable. Many people view this Alfa as one of the most beautiful cars ever built. The 8C does have power and looks but reviewers pointed out that it does not handle very smoothly on the track. Its competition (Competizione) with other Italian super-cars such as Ferrari or Lamborghini may not be a competition entirely. The 8C Competizione makes up for it in other aspects like the engine/exhaust sound which is outstanding. Another key factor of this Alfa is that there were only 500 produced and only 90 can be found in the U.S. The price ranges around $200,000. The coupe was also made into a convertible named the 8C Spider.

Noble M600

The Noble M600 is definitely one of the most underrated cars out right now. Many people do not know about the British super car and its true power. It is made out of mostly stainless steel and parts of carbon fiber.  The coupe holds a V8 engine which originated in the Volvo XC90. Noble gave the engine a twin turbocharge and an electronic fuel injection. The engine sits in the rear end of the car, which produces 650 horsepower. The M600 hits 0-60mph in 3.0 seconds and 0-120mph in only 8.9 seconds! The Noble is commonly known as being in the top ten fastest production cars list. It is placed at number 8/9 (depending if you include both Veyrons) with a top speed of 223mph. This aerodynamic car has a price tag starting at around £200,000 or $306,840.
